1. Overview

BloomsPal operates a cross-border fulfillment network connecting farms, brands, and producers from Latin America with retailers and consumers in the United States.
We specialize in direct import (dropshipping) — meaning your order may ship directly from the country of origin (e.g., Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, or others) to your address in the U.S., coordinated through our Miami logistics hub and authorized customs brokers.

All shipments are managed by our U.S. entity, ensuring compliant importation, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the continental United States.

🚫 We do not ship automatically to:

  • Hawaii

  • Alaska

  • U.S. military bases or APO/FPO/DPO addresses

If you are located in one of these areas, please contact our team in advance at support@bloomspal.com to confirm if special arrangements can be made.
Additional fees and extended transit times may apply.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

a. Direct Import Shipments (LATAM → U.S.)

Most of our catalog — including flowers, coffee, grains, packaged foods, and natural goods — is shipped directly from verified Latin American partners.
Orders are exported, imported, and nationalized in the United States under BloomsPal’s logistics framework.

  • Average delivery time: 48–72 hours after dispatch (depending on customs processing and carrier performance).

  • Carriers: certified dry and cold-chain couriers.

  • Tracking: You will receive full tracking once your order clears customs and enters domestic transit.

b. Domestic Fulfillment (Miami Dispatch)

Certain items may be fulfilled from our Miami facility for faster delivery.
Domestic shipments typically arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on the courier and destination.

4. Perishable Products (Fresh, Refrigerated, or Frozen)

To ensure freshness and quality, perishable items (flowers, fresh foods, frozen goods) are shipped only Monday through Wednesday.
Orders placed after Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. EST may be held until the following Monday to prevent weekend transit delays.

Packaging:

  • Shipments include insulated containers with dry ice or gel packs.

  • Ice may evaporate during transit, but temperature control is maintained.

  • All perishable logistics comply with FDA and USDA handling standards.

Rates:
Shipping rates for perishable items are calculated dynamically at checkout based on destination, weight, and volume.

5. Melt-Prone Items (e.g., Chocolates, Butters, or Natural Oils)

From May through September, we modify shipping schedules for melt-sensitive items:

  • These products are shipped only Monday through Wednesday to reduce exposure to heat.

  • Orders placed after Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. EST may be held for the following week unless rapid delivery before the weekend is possible.

  • BloomsPal may, at its discretion, split orders to ship non-sensitive items sooner.

6. Import Duties & Taxes

All BloomsPal shipments are customs-cleared and duties paid.
Customers in the U.S. will not pay any additional import or brokerage fees upon delivery.
The checkout price reflects the final landed cost.

BloomsPal acts as the Importer of Record, ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), FDA, and USDA regulations.

7. Delays & Exceptions

We work hard to ensure timely delivery; however, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspections or government holds

  • Weather conditions or carrier disruptions

  • Incomplete delivery addresses or remote destinations

BloomsPal is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control but will assist in resolving any carrier-related issues.

If your order arrives delayed, damaged, or incomplete, please contact support@bloomspal.com within:

  • 24 hours for perishable goods

  • 3 business days for non-perishables

Please include your order number and photos of the packaging and label for faster assistance.

8. Responsibility After Delivery

Once a shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, BloomsPal is not liable for theft, spoilage, or damage occurring after delivery.
We recommend that someone be available to receive the package and that perishable items be refrigerated immediately upon arrival.
